I found a unicorn of a Plumber! Both skilled AND trustworthy! I had FIVE different companies bid on a job at our home. Along with what I’d asked the companies to bid on, they all had their own spiel on something different I needed to purchase along with it, which resulted in wildly different pricing… which resulted in confusion and ultimately frustration. I’m not blessed with decisiveness, so I waited it out.
Weeks later, in a stroke of luck, I stumbled upon Kyle & Justin at Aegis Plumbing. I had them bid out everything and I liked how upfront they were in explaining what needed to be done - and in some cases, what could wait to be done. I found them to be patient, helpful, easy to understand and genuinely happy about what they do each day. By comparison, I felt the other companies I had previously spoken with to be a bit impatient and even condescending at times. Simply put - I just feel that if I’m paying big money, I better be able to understand what I’m paying for.
